Christmas Eve - Saturday 24th December 2011
Arrive at The Mill House at your leisure during the afternoon. 3pm - 5pm Our staff will be on hand to serve a Cotswold Cream Tea in the lounge. Kingham Church holds a carol service early evening. Times of the service will be available from reception 6pm - 7pm Join John Parslow and the Mill House team for a champagne and canapés reception From 7pm Candlelit Dinner in the Mill Brook Room Restaurant accompanied by a local Harpist with traditional Christmas melodies. For those guests wishing to attend Midnight Mass, a service will take place at Churchill Church, details are available from reception. Mulled wine and warm mince pies will be served in the bar when you return.
Christmas Day - Sunday 25th December 2011
8:30am - 9:45am Full English Breakfast served in the Mill Brook Room Restaurant with Bucks Fizz. The Morning is for family and friends to exchange gifts and enjoy the spirit of Christmas. A visit from Father Christmas will bring a seasonal gift for every guest. From 12:30pm a traditional five course Christmas Lunch will be served in the Mill Brook Room Restaurant. After lunch take a stroll around the grounds (walking maps are available from reception) or relax in the Cotswold lounge with our selection of books, magazines and board games. 4pm Tea and traditional Christmas Cake will be served in the Cotswold Lounge. From 7pm Christmas Night Buffet Supper.
Boxing Day - Monday 26th December 2011
8:30am - 9:45am Full English Breakfast with Bucks Fizz in the Mill Brook Room Restaurant, The local Heythrop Hunt meets in the centre of Chipping Norton, Whilst the pack of the Four Shires Basset hounds gather in the hotel grounds at 12 noon. Enjoy a glass of mulled wine or port with the Hunt Master and the Hunt followers. From 12:30pm A Three course buffet lunch will be served in the Mill Brook Room Restaurant. From 4pm Till 11pm A fun casino brings all the excitement of Monte Carlo to you. Play Roulette and Black Jack without breaking the bank. The croupier will supply you with free chips and the person with the highest winnings at the end of the afternoon will win a bottle of Champagne and a £20 gift voucher. From 7:30pm Candlelit three course dinner served in the Mill Brook Room Restaurant.

Prices quoted are per person sharing a twin or double room and include VAT at the current rate. Service is left entirely to your own discretion.
A deposit of £200 per person is requested at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-sell the room. In the case of late cancellations where we are unable to re-sell the room we regret that we will have to charge you for the whole Christmas or New Year Program. We strongly advise you to consider taking out a cancellation insurance which, for a small premium, will cover you in the event of a cancellation

Guests arriving today are invited to arrive in time for lunch. 8:30 - 9:45am Full English breakfast with Bucks Fizz served in the Mill Brook Room Restaurant From 12:30pm Three Course Buffet Lunch Served in the Mill Brook Room Restaurant, After Lunch perhaps take a brisk stroll around Kingham and the local area. Details of local walks are to be found in your room. For the less energetic, relax in the Cotswold Lounge with our selection of books, magazines and board games. From 6:30pm meet John Parslow and the rest of The Mill House Team for our New Years Eve reception with Champagne and Canapés. From 7:30pm New Years Eve Gourmet Dinner Dance with the Thames Trio playing sixties and seventies favorites for dancing. Black Tie is requested for gentlemen.
New Years Day Sunday 1st January 2012
8:30am - 9:45am Full English Breakfast with Bucks Fizz served in the Mill Brook Room Restaurant. Then we say good-bye to those of you who arrived on Thursday. The day is left to you to take at your own pace. Spend the day visiting the famous Cotswold villages of Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water or Moreton in Marsh. Cheltenham race course holds the annual New Year’s Day National Hunt for those who fancy a flutter on the horses! From 12:30pm for those guests spending the day in Kingham a three course lunch is available. Reservations are recommended, as this is very popular locally. From 7:00pm Candlelit three course dinner served in The Mill Brook Room Restaurant.
