Terms and Conditions

  • You need to read the details listed below and sign this form and return it to the hotel with your deposit. Receipt of the deposit constitutes that the terms and conditions of the Hotel have been agreed.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £1000 paid directly to The Mill House Hotel is required to confirm your booking. Two months prior to the Wedding or Civil Ceremony we will require 75% of the estimated total cost of the Wedding with the balance to be paid on departure.
  • Cancellation charge policy applies subject to deductions for non-incurred costs.

    Over 120 days Deposit non-refundable
    120 - 61 days 50% Charge
    60 - 31 days 75% Charge
    Less than 30 days Full Charge
  • Final numbers will be required 14 days prior to the date of the function. The final account will be calculated on the minimum number confirmed or calculated on the number served if this is greater than the original number provided.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to amend its prices as a result of the impact of any Force Majeure conditions outside its control.
  • The Hirer must comply with the Licensing Act of 1964 and Marriage Act of 1995 and pay for any loss or damage to any part of the Hotel premises.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to any articles brought onto the premises.
  • The Mill House Hotel recommends that you take out Wedding Insurance to give you peace of mind right up to and on your special day.
