Fine Dining The award-winning restaurant offers an extensive A La Carte menu using only the very finest seasonal produce: Cotswold raised lamb and beef, freshly caught fish delivered overnight from Brixham harbour and organic vegetables from the Vale of Evesham. A typical signature dish would be Roast partridge with sproutschestnutspancetta and port. The Hotel has an extensive wine cellar that holds over 120 bins from both the old and new worlds.

If you prefer something simpler, we offer a two course lunch menu in the comfort of the Mill Stream Bar, which in the winter has the warmth of a blazing log fire in the inglenook fireplace. Cotswold Lounge We serve light snacks, cream teas and a wide selection of coffees and teas in the Cotswold Lounge and, in the summer, on the terrace overlooking the trout stream. Pre-dinner cocktails and aperitifs are served in the lounge and a wide choice of malt whiskies, vintage brandies, ports, spirits and local beers are available from the bar.
