Mill Brook Room Restaurant

The Mill offers a wide choice of dining options. The Mill Brook Room features an a la carte menu developed by Matthew Dare. His accomplished and memorable cuisine is distinguished by clear flavours, which combine classic and modern styles.

Our suppliers are predominantly local and organic. They include local meat from Watermoor Meats of Burford and organic fruit and vegetables from A M Bailey of Stratford. Our fish is delivered daily, overnight, from Looe Harbour in Cornwall by Flying Fish.

Mill Stream Bar and Terrace

If you prefer something simpler, we offer a two course lunch menu in the comfort of the Mill Stream Bar, which in the winter has the warmth of a blazing log fire in the inglenook fireplace. Sunday lunches are always popular in both the Mill Brook Room Restaurant and Mill Stream Bar and Terrace

Cotswold Lounge

We serve light snacks, cream teas and a wide selection of coffees and teas in the Cotswold Lounge and, in the summer, on the terrace overlooking the trout stream.

Pre-dinner cocktails and aperitifs are served in the lounge and a wide choice of malt whiskies, vintage brandies, ports, spirits and local beers are available from the bar and a choice of draught lagers and ales is available.
