Conditions Prices include VAT at 17.5%. All bedrooms have private bathrooms en suite, tea and coffee facilities, ten channel colour television, and self dial telephones. We regret no refund is made for meals not taken, but Lunch may be substituted for Dinner. Single Room Supplement 50% of above prices plus £25.00 per night. We regret that it has become necessary to impost strict cancellation charges. For any reservation cancelled within 7 days of the date of arrival a charge equivalent to one night's Bed and Breakfast will be made. For any reservation cancelled or curtailed within 3 days of the date of arrival a charge equivalent to the full value of the services booked will be made. These charges are only levied if the room is not re-let. Deposits are not refundable. Should there be a risk that a booking could be cancelled, it is recommended that appropriate insurance cover be obtained. |
