Mill Brook Room Restaurant

We feature an a la carte menu, designed by our Head Chef, Martin White, whose cuisine is distinguished by clear flavours, combining classic and modern styles.

Our suppliers are predominantly local, they include butcher, Trevor Beadle from Cotswold Meats in Chipping Norton, Oxford Premier Cheese Company and Cotteswold Dairies. Our fish is delivered overnight from Brixham Harbour in Devon by New Wave Seafoods of Fairford.

Mill Stream Bar and Terrace

Our new menu can be enjoyed in the tranquil surroundings of the Terrace in the summer, overlooking the stunning grounds, or in the warmth of the Bar by a blazing fire in the inglenook fireplace in the winter.

Cotswold Lounge

Light snacks, cream teas and our wide selection of coffees and teas are served in the Cotswold Lounge or on the Terrace. Pre-Dinner cocktails, aperitifs and a wide choice of after dinner drinks can be served in the relaxed surroundings
