Mill Brook Room Restaurant
The Mill offers a wide choice of dining options. The Mill Brook Room features an a la carte menu developed by our head chef, using his experience at L'Ortolan in Shinfield and the French Horn at Sonning. His accomplished and memorable cuisine is distinguished by clear flavours, which combine classic and modern styles.
Our suppliers are predominantly local and organic. They include butcher Trevor Beadle from Cotswold Meats in Chipping Norton, Oxford Premier Cheese Company and Cotswold Dairies. Our fish is delivered overnight from Brixham Harbour in Devon by New Wave Seafoods of Fairford.
The Mill Stream Bar and Terrace
If you prefer something simpler, we offer a two course lunch menu in the comfort of the Mill Stream Bar, which in the winter has the warmth of a blazing log fire in the inglenook fireplace.
Cotswold Lounge
We serve light snacks, cream teas and a wide selection of coffees and teas in the Cotswold Lounge and, in the summer, on the terrace overlooking the trout stream.
Pre-dinner cocktails and aperitifs are served in the lounge and a wide choice of malt whiskies, vintage brandies, ports, spirits and local beers are available from the bar. |
