Directions by Road
From Stratford-Upon-Avon or Banbury
Proceed to Chipping Norton, go straight through Chipping Norton High Street to the B4450. After some 2.5 miles go through the village of Churchill ignoring all signs right to Kingham. After the brown tourist board sign for the Mill House Hotel take the next turning right (some two miles past Churchill) and the Mill House Hotel is down the hill on the right hand side.
From the M5 Motorway
Leave the Motorway at Junction 9 (Tewkesbury). Immediately take the A46, then the B4077 to Stow-on-the-Wold. From Stow take the A436 signed Chipping Norton. About 1.5 miles out of Stow fork right signed Bledington and Kingham B4450. Pass through the village of Bledington and about two miles on pass Kingham Station on your left. Take the next turning left and the Mill House is down the hill on the right hand side.
From London
Take the A40 / M40 westwards and come off at Junction 8 signed A40 Oxford and Witney and continue towards Cheltenham still on the A40. Turn right at a large roundabout signed Burford and continue down-hill through the main street. Cross the one-way river bridge at the bottom of Burford High Street and immediately fork right signed Chipping Norton. Go through the village of Shipton-under-Wychwood and after passing the station about a mile out of the village, take the next turning left signed Lyneham and Kingham. Carry straight on this road for some 2.5 miles until you come to a T junction. Turn left, then first right, and the Mill house Hotel is down the hill on the right hand side.
By Rail
Kingham is on the Paddington-Oxford-Worcester-Hereford main line and is some 1 hour 15 minutes by fast train from Paddington. Telephone 658 188 from Kingham Station telephone box on arrival and our car will collect you free of charge.
By Air
London Heathrow Airport then by car (approx. 1 hour 30 minutes) or by coach from Heathrow to Reading station connecting with the Main Line Intercity to Kingham.
